ViP Consigning
Rhea Lana's of Cleveland East will set the appropriate deadlines for when you need to get your items to the processor. Any item limit counts will be shared at the time you sign up for VIP Consigning.
You might want to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning! If you want the big items out now like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't ready to part with the toys. No problem! Be sure to set up two different consignor numbers. Your VIP Consigning number will generate 35% in sales for you, and the items you enter yourself will generate 65% for you, so be sure to use the appropriate consignor number!
The containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor will be returned to you if requested, such as plastic bins. Cardboard boxes and bags will not be returned.
The Consignor check will be available on Pick Up day. If you do not pick up the check, it will automatically be mailed to you.
You will receive the passes by mail, hand delivery by the processor or your name will be on a list at the door of the sale for entry at the consignor shopping time.
You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.
The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items to you. If you do not pick up your unsold items during the designated pick-up time, your items will be added to our donation items at the end of the pick-up time slot.
We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, puzzles, bicycles, strollers, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.
Expiration dates will be checked.
All clothes and shoes need to be seasonally appropriate to the sale. (i.e. no winter coats and boots in the Spring sale) All clothing must be freshly washed and free of pet hair. Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and re-wash them. No stains, holes or excessive wear.
If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes, excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will not enter them into the database. It is your responsibility to pick up these items immediately from the Processor when she is done processing your complete item count. Processors do not have the storage space to hold them and are not responsible for returning things to you.
Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Clothing paired together but different sizes.
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding larger than twin size.
Comforters and crib bumpers)
At this time, Rhea Lana's of Cleveland East does not have any item limits.
